Chris Tipper
Chris has built and scaled recruitment businesses and new divisions across healthcare, construction, engineering and trades. Before launching The Partnership Group he founded and led high performing teams, creating the playbooks for fast, compliant hiring and repeatable growth.
Today Chris leads TPG Construction, the site and project team, permanent and temp, and TPG Nursing, across aged care, hospital, Multi-Purpose Services and rural and remote. He also works alongside Lily building TPG Building Services. Clients value his straight talk, pace and accountability. Candidates remember the care and preparation.

Lily Waller
Lily leads TPG Building Services, covering mechanical and HVAC, electrical, plumbing and hydraulics, and fire, along with TPG Safety. She works with the contractors who design, install and maintain the services inside a building, from engineers and project managers to supervisors, technicians and tradespeople.
Lily worked on the floor in aged care and healthcare before she moved into recruitment, and she brings the same lens to every placement: what the job actually asks of someone on a hard day, not what the title says. Tight screening, straight communication and smooth onboarding on every placement.
